Carmen Latrice Consulting, LLC offers the following services across Maryland and Illinois:

Clinical Mental Health Services: Therapy, psychiatric evaluation, and medication management provided by a licensed and credentialed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), in accordance with the laws of Maryland and Illinois. These services are offered through our affiliated entity, Caring Integrative Healthcare, Nutrition, and Wellness LLC, in Maryland.

Coaching & Mentorship: Personal development, emotional intelligence training, empowerment, trauma-informed coaching, and mindset mentoring. These services are not clinical in nature and are available to individuals regardless of location, unless restricted by law.

Important Distinction: Therapy vs. Coaching

• Therapy involves a formal provider–patient relationship and is limited to clients in states where the provider is licensed (MD & IL). In Maryland, therapy services are offered under Caring Integrative Healthcare, Nutrition, and Wellness LLC.

• Coaching is supportive and educational in nature. It is not a replacement for therapy or medical care and does not establish a clinical relationship.

Confidentiality

• Therapy clients are protected under HIPAA.

• Coaching clients are offered confidentiality within professional standards, but not covered by HIPAA.

• In cases of harm, abuse, or legal duty, Carmen Latrice Consulting, LLC may disclose relevant information as required by law.

Fees, Scheduling & Cancellation

• Payment is required before or at the time of service.

• Late cancellations (<24 hours) or no-shows may incur full fees.

• Coaching and digital materials are often prepaid and non-refundable once services begin.

Intellectual Property Notice

All materials, digital products, and resources on this site are owned by Carmen Latrice Consulting, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Legal Jurisdiction
